Botox Providers in Manhattan Ranked

The bill for Botox has more lines than the unit price: the visit fee, the touch-up policy, any membership terms and the product itself. This page ranks 14 New York providers and gives the quote question worth asking each one. It carries no prices, so it cannot total a bill for you. For the product line of that bill, read the American Academy of Dermatology's botulinum toxin therapy FAQs and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons' guidance on botulinum toxin risks and safety. Two more items show why the product's origin belongs on a written quote: an FDA notice on counterfeit Botox turning up in several states and a case report and public health warning on adulterated botulinum toxin injection.

Scores, ratings and the quote line to ask about

The full checklist

Apollo House, the only full checklist. Score 15 of 15 on apollohousenyc.com. 4.9 on Google, from 48 reviews. The score does not say who injects, so ask which injector you would get and what a touch-up costs if the first result needs adjusting.

Seven down to five

A glass-front Manhattan med spa at blue hour reveals a marble reception desk beneath an abstract facial wall relief.

Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier. Score 7 on georgialouise.com, second highest here. 4.8 on Google, from 87 reviews. Ask whether the quote is priced by the unit or by the area.

Youtherapy Medspa. Score 6 on youtherapymedspa.com. 5 on Google, from 123 reviews. Ask if the consultation fee comes off the treatment price.

ReBalance NYC. Score 5 on rebalancenyc.com. 4.7 on Google, from 122 reviews. Ask which membership terms apply and how cancelling works.

Four each

Renaissance Medical by Dr. Yixiu Zheng. Score 4 on zhengmd.com. 4.9 on Google, from 77 reviews. Ask for the product brand to be printed on the written quote.

Skinney Medspa. Score 4, taken from its shop page at skinneymedspa.com, so the full menu may differ. 4.8 on Google, from 396 reviews, more reviews than anyone else in this set. Ask how many units the quote assumes.

Three each

Extension Health - Midtown. Score 3 on extension.health. 5 on Google, but from only 4 reviews, which is thin evidence, so give it little weight. Ask what the visit fee covers.

Hamptons BioMed - Upper East Side. Score 3 on hamptonsbiomed.com. 5 on Google, from 3 reviews. A perfect score from 3 reviews and a 4.8 from 396 are not the same quantity, so do not use one to break a tie with the other. Ask what it charges when a second area is treated in the same visit.

Modern Age Upper East Side. Score 3 on modern-age.com. 4.8 on Google, from 66 reviews. Ask whether a membership lowers the per-unit price and what pausing it costs.

Timeless MedSpa NYC. Score 3 on timelessmedspanyc.com. 5 on Google, from 12 reviews, a small sample. Ask for the deposit and cancellation terms in writing.

VJ MedSpa. Score 3 on vjmednyc.com. 4.5 on Google, from 121 reviews. Ask how long the touch-up window stays open and what falls outside it.

Two or fewer

SkinTight MedSpa. Score 2, counted on its services page at www.skintightmedspa.com. 4.7 on Google, from 161 reviews. Ask for a total with fees and taxes included.

Thérapie Clinic Upper East Side. Score 2 on therapieclinic.com, which means a shorter menu, not weaker work. 5 on Google, from 333 reviews. Ask what a first-visit consultation includes.

MD Longevity. Score 0: the page checked at www.mdlongevity.com listed none of the 15 categories. One page is not the whole site, so look through the rest before ruling it out. 4.4 on Google, from 7 reviews.

How each score was worked out

The math is a tally. There is one fixed checklist of 15 service types, and injectables, where Botox sits, is one of them. Each provider's website was checked against the checklist, and every type found adds one point. Points set the order, highest first, and a tie is listed alphabetically. Ratings and review counts were read from each Google profile for the notes above and add nothing to a score.

Every score is filed under "Number of 15 longevity and wellness services offered". Apollo House's site (apollohousenyc.com, read 2026-10-16) is the only one to reach the ceiling of 15.

Turning the scores into a Botox budget

A high score means more boxes ticked. It does not mean better injecting or a lower bill, since quality and price were never counted, and injectables are a single box for every provider here, Apollo House included. Ask two or three providers for written quotes that show units, visit fee, touch-up terms and membership terms, then line the quotes up side by side. Whether the treatment suits you is a licensed clinician's call.
